Getting started is a short, practical process. Here is what each stage involves and what we need from you.
How Our UK Fulfilment Works
Step 1: Connect
We set up your operation based on how you sell.
- A short call or form covering products, order volume, SKUs and sales channels
- Agreement on packaging, tracked service level and returns rules
- Confirmation of how order information will reach us
Step 2: Send your stock
Your inventory arrives at our Hinckley fulfilment centre.
- You send stock in, with a list of what is arriving
- Goods are checked against your details and booked in
- SKUs are stored by product profile, ready to pick
Step 3: We pick & pack
Orders are prepared to your specification.
- Orders are received from your channel or a file
- Items are picked and checked for accuracy
- Orders are packed with your materials and any inserts
Step 4: We dispatch
Parcels go out and returns come back to us.
- Dispatch on Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48
- Tracking available for your records
- UK returns received, inspected and processed to your rules
What we need from you
- A clear product and SKU list
- Your packaging preference, or approval to use ours
- Returns rules: restock, hold, rework or return-to-you
- A way for orders to reach us (channel export or file)
Common questions
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on your catalogue size and how orders will reach us. A simple setup can be ready shortly after your stock arrives and checks in.
Do I need a technical integration?
No. Orders can be sent by file or channel export. A direct connector is used only where one has been confirmed for your channel.
Which carrier is used?
Royal Mail is currently confirmed, using Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. Other carriers would only be listed once commercially active.
Can you handle returns for an overseas business?
Yes. We can act as your UK returns address and process returns to your instructions.
