How it works
Step 1: Goods in
Stock arrives, is checked against your details and booked in.
Step 2: Storage
SKUs are stored by product profile and kept ready to pick.
Step 3: Order received
Orders come in from your channels or a file and are queued for picking.
Step 4: Pick & pack
Items are picked, checked and packed to your packaging spec.
Step 5: Dispatch
Parcels go out on Royal Mail Tracked services; tracking is available for your records.
Step 6: Returns
UK returns are received, inspected and processed to your rules.
